All employees who are involved directly or indirectly with product quality are responsible to comply with laid down quality procedures. All section supervisors / chemists / staff are thoroughly trained for good manufacturing practice and quality standards. Each departmental head has the responsibility to ensure that all personal within his department understood and implement the quality policy of Luxica Pharma INC.
